Support senior-level search engagements across candidate identification, market mapping, outreach strategy, and search process coordination.
Market Intelligence
Conduct organizational research, leadership mapping, competitor analysis, and talent landscape assessments across targeted industries and functions.
Candidate Engagement
Develop thoughtful relationships with leadership-level candidates while representing the organization with professionalism and discretion.
Client Advisory Support
Assist leadership teams with search strategy discussions, market insight preparation, and organizational intelligence tied to active engagements.
Research & Reporting
Prepare market summaries, candidate intelligence materials, leadership movement analysis, and strategic search documentation.
