About the Opportunity

Lavner has partnered with a nationally recognized organization to identify a Manager of Corporate Reputation & Crisis Communications to support enterprise communications strategy across high-visibility stakeholder environments.

This role will work closely with senior communications leadership, legal stakeholders, and executive teams on matters involving reputation management, strategic messaging, and issue-sensitive communications initiatives.

Support communication strategy tied to organizational reputation, stakeholder perception, and external visibility initiatives.

Crisis & Issue Communications

Assist with preparation and coordination surrounding issue-sensitive situations requiring careful communication planning and cross-functional alignment.

Executive Advisory Support

Partner with senior communications leaders and executive stakeholders on messaging preparation, briefing materials, and strategic communications planning.

Stakeholder Communications

Support communication efforts involving media, institutional partners, leadership teams, and broader external stakeholder groups.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Collaborate closely with legal, operations, HR, and leadership stakeholders to maintain consistency and alignment across organizational messaging.
