Lavner has partnered with a nationally recognized advisory and professional services organization to identify an Associate Director of Executive Communications to support senior leadership messaging, stakeholder communications, and strategic narrative development across the enterprise.

This role sits close to executive leadership and is intended for someone capable of balancing strategic thinking with high-quality execution across sensitive and high-visibility communications initiatives.

Support senior leadership with speeches, presentations, internal communications, briefing materials, thought leadership initiatives, and stakeholder-facing messaging.

Assist with organizational messaging strategy tied to leadership positioning, enterprise communications, and broader reputation initiatives.

Internal & External Communications

Partner across teams to ensure alignment and consistency throughout executive, employee, and stakeholder communications.

Leadership Advisory Support

Provide communication support surrounding executive visibility, sensitive messaging situations, and leadership engagement initiatives.

Editorial Oversight

Maintain quality, clarity, tone, and consistency across executive-facing communication materials.
