Lavner has partnered with a nationally respected advisory organization to identify a Senior Consultant focused on organizational communications, leadership messaging, and stakeholder alignment initiatives.
The organization works closely with executive teams navigating growth, operational change, leadership visibility, and increasingly complex internal communication environments. As a result, the firm is seeking someone capable of balancing strategic thinking with calm, high-quality execution across a variety of leadership-facing initiatives.
This role offers substantial exposure to executive stakeholders and enterprise-level communication strategy while providing the opportunity to work across a broad range of organizational environments and industries.
The role is based in Stamford with a flexible hybrid structure.

Assist organizations with communication planning across cross-functional teams, leadership groups, and broader stakeholder environments.
Advisory Support
Contribute to strategic discussions involving organizational messaging, communication effectiveness, and leadership engagement strategy.
Research & Communication Analysis
Support research efforts tied to communication effectiveness, organizational dynamics, leadership positioning, and stakeholder perception.
