Category: Corporate Communications & Executive Visibility
Location: Seattle, Washington (Hybrid)

About the Opportunity

Lavner has partnered with a nationally recognized technology and advisory-focused organization to identify a Manager of Corporate Communications & Executive Visibility to support leadership communications, stakeholder engagement initiatives, and enterprise messaging strategy.

The organization operates within a fast-moving and highly visible environment where communication quality, strategic judgment, and professionalism are viewed as critical leadership capabilities rather than support functions.

This role will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders on initiatives tied to executive positioning, organizational communication strategy, and broader reputation management efforts.

The position offers meaningful leadership exposure, substantial autonomy, and the opportunity to contribute directly to enterprise communications strategy during a period of continued organizational growth.

The role is based in Seattle with hybrid flexibility.

The Environment

The company maintains a collaborative and intellectually engaged culture where communication is treated as a strategic business discipline.

Leadership values calm execution, thoughtful messaging, and long-term credibility over reactive or overly performative communication styles. Teams operate with relatively minimal hierarchy and are trusted with meaningful responsibility and direct exposure to leadership stakeholders.

The environment rewards strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, professionalism, and strong interpersonal communication.

This is not a heavily bureaucratic communications structure. Individuals who perform well here are typically comfortable operating independently within fast-moving environments while maintaining strong communication discipline.
