Lavner has partnered with a nationally recognized investment and advisory organization to identify a Director of Executive Communications & Stakeholder Affairs to support senior leadership messaging, executive visibility initiatives, and enterprise stakeholder engagement strategy.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Partner closely with senior leadership on speeches, presentations, thought leadership initiatives, internal communications, and stakeholder-facing messaging.
Stakeholder Engagement Strategy
Support communication planning involving institutional stakeholders, strategic partners, executive audiences, and broader external relationships.
Strategic Narrative Development
Assist with enterprise messaging strategy tied to organizational positioning, leadership visibility, and long-term reputation management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with legal, operations, communications, and leadership teams to maintain alignment across executive and stakeholder communications initiatives.
Advisory Support
Provide communication guidance surrounding sensitive situations, organizational change initiatives, and executive engagement priorities.
